ARMA International is the association pioneering and leading the new global standards for Information Governance, a field comprised of professionals managing, securing and maximizing the value of records and information.

Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with volunteer lay leaders around the world in order to align 120 grassroots communities with the strategic direction of the international organization’s Board of Directors.
♦ Created and implemented reorganization plan for operations and structure of global volunteer program by opening new channels for communication and resource allocation; sold partnership opportunities to chapters to bring high-level educational events to local communities resulting in an average of $6,000 revenue per event; received acknowledgment for most beneficial presentation at a conference; increased the readership of a specialized newsletter and website.

Other responsibilities:
♦ Liaison – Principal contact to all one thousand volunteers throughout North America; secondary support for leaders in Europe, Japan and prospective volunteers around the globe
♦ Training & Education – Researched, produced and delivered live leadership education at regional and international leadership and development conferences.
♦ Leadership – Steered ten Region Advisory Boards and facilitated annual and monthly strategic meetings of Region Directors; established a pipeline for advancing leaders.
