Despite having a groundbreaking solution for widespread oral health issues, Spot Pal's website wasn't effectively communicating their value proposition or converting visitors. Their product lineup was confusing with three overlapping offerings, and the site lacked educational content to help visitors understand the crucial role of tongue posture in overall health.

APPROACH

After internal discovery, we executed a strategy focused on three key areas. First, we simplified the product strategy by consolidating three confusing products into one customizable solution for both adults and children.


Next, we enhanced the educational content with clear messaging about tongue health benefits and added multimedia resources including videos, articles, and user testimonials.


Finally, we streamlined the user experience by creating targeted pathways for different user types - parents, adults, and healthcare professionals - with relevant content for each.

OUTCOMES

The website transformation delivered significant improvements across key metrics:
